The hotel is right in the heart of Dusseldorf, making it easy to access the Christmas markets and local nightlife, which I really appreciated. However, the noise from the street was quite overwhelming at night, and the rooms could definitely use some updates. While the service staff was generally polite, there were some issues with professionalism that made my stay less comfortable.

The hotel has an unbeatable location, just a stone's throw from the Altstadt, making it super convenient for exploring shops, bars, and restaurants. The rooms could use some attention, especially since mine overlooked an alley where passersby would occasionally throw things through my open window. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but I would have loved to see more focus on cleanliness.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the bright side, the location is fantastic, right in the midst of shops and close to everything. The staff was friendly, but there were definitely some downsides. The noise levels were unmanageable, especially at night, and the service had its ups and downs. While the breakfast was impressive, it came at an extra cost, which felt a bit frustrating.
